I recently visited another roadside attraction. It is a giant replica of an MTV Spaceman which is safely locked inside the lot at Acme Industrial Surplus in Sanford Florida. Back in 2004, he was used for the MTV Music Awards when they were held at the American Airlines Arena in Miami.
No sorry I don’t have a YouTube channel though that might be a good idea. I like finding the weird and unusual roadside spots to take photos of. Thanks for asking David!
If I may, my two favorite roadside YouTube channels are the Daily Woo and the Carpetbagger. They joined up for a Route 66 road trip from the Santa Monica Pier to Chicago, and posted videos on both of their channels over the 2-week trip.
The Carpetbagger specializes in the weird and unusual, and I saw a whole lot of strange, but iconic, things along Route 66. One of my favorite stops was at Amarillo, Texas where the Carpetbagger tried to down a 72-ounce steak at the Big Texan.
I can link the videos here if you want, or you can just watch them on YouTube. Their videos are very popular as the Daily Woo has over 250,000 subscribers, and the Carpetbagger over 100,000.
Tim, do you have a YouTube channel featuring videos of the roadside attractions? I would really enjoy watching them.

Thanks I will check that out!
