Meet The Spicers!
I picked up these two cabinet cards at an auction. This is Myron Arlington Spicer and his wife Florence A Spicer. Mr Spicer was born Feb 16, 1853 in Unadillla New York and died Jan 19, 1929. Mrs Spicer was born June 10,1850 and died Dec 17, 1936. They had two daughters and two grandsons all now deceased. It kinda sad after so many years people forget about you or the decedents don’t remember you and your photos end up at an auction.
Some Of My Old Camera Lenses.
It would be interesting to know the people, places and things that they have seen over the years.

A Cabinet card by Edouart & Cobb, San Francisco. David Cobb was born circa 1851 on Prince Edward’s Island. He married an Irish girl named Margaret and they came to the United States on 4 March 1869 on board the “Australasian”. He immediately set up his photography studio in San Francisco . He later joined with Alexander Edouart, also from England, to form Edouart and Cobb.
