Picked this up recently put new tires,tubes and greased everything up and it rides pretty good for a 49 year old bike!

While the process for making photographs may have changed over the years it is still all about capturing light.
Amazing find, Tim! I remember this bike, I was 12 years young in 72.
I was 14 years old but never owned one as they were a little pricey then.
Terrific! I ride a Schwinn Collegiate 3-speed as well. Mine’s comparatively a spring chicken, though: it’s from 1986.

I still have my Schwinn Varsity bought from Klarsfeld bikes on Central Ave. in Colonie at least 50 years ago.
